Job Title: Restoration Technician Apprentice

Location: Santa Maria, CA

Pay: $20.00 per hour to start (with pay increase after 90-day probationary period and successful completion of certification)

Schedule: Full-Time

About the Role:

We are seeking a motivated Restoration Technician Apprentice to join our team. This position plays a vital role in assisting with property restoration services, helping individuals and businesses recover after water damage, fire, and other disasters.

Responsibilities:

Assist with water, fire, and mold restoration projects

Operate company vehicles, including box trucks, to transport equipment and materials

Set up, monitor, and take down restoration equipment on job sites

Follow safety guidelines and company procedures at all times

Provide excellent customer service while on site

Complete training and obtain water restoration certification (company-paid exam)

Qualifications:

Valid driver’s license with a clean DMV record (required)

Ability to drive company box trucks

Willingness to learn and complete training

Reliable, punctual, and able to work full-time hours

Strong work ethic and attention to detail
