AECOM is seeking a Reporting Specialist for one of our offices in Sacramento, CA. This role will be responsible for supporting the Project Controls and Project Financial Office by developing, validating, and delivering programmatic and project-level reports. This role ensures timely, accurate, and high-quality reporting across cost, schedule, risk, and performance measures to support decision-making and stakeholder requirements.Assist in the preparation, coordination, and delivery of program and project reports, including monthly and quarterly reportsCollect, verify, and organize data from multiple project teams to ensure accuracy, completeness, and consistency of reportingSupport the development and maintenance of reporting policies, procedures, templates, and workflowsUtilize data analytics and visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Excel) to compile and present information in a clear and actionable formatConduct quality assurance reviews of reporting data and content to ensure alignment with program standards and stakeholder expectationsPartner with cost, risk management, and scheduling teams to compile and format inputs for consolidated reporting packagesSupport the coordination and development of recurring reports such as CVSR, PDSR, Status Confidence Reporting, and Board ReportingMaintain and update the reporting calendar, ensuring timely collection and submission of reporting deliverablesMonitor reporting deadlines and follow up with stakeholders to obtain required inputs and address missing or inconsistent informationAssist in identifying opportunities for reporting process improvements and automation
