Regional Digital Implementation Lead

Job SummaryAECOM has an exciting opportunity for an experienced digital expert with a major projects background to join the Enterprise Capabilities (EC) Digital team. The implementation lead will be one of the primary technical contacts for the delivery of major projects in the Americas Region (US/Canada/Latam).As AECOM moves to standardize how our largest projects are delivered, this role will take on various responsibilities, such as implementing the project delivery strategy, which is defined for all selected projects, and developing and implementing technical processes aligned with standardized technologies known as cornerstone tools.The implementation lead will be joined by other global business line-specific implementation leads, who will form part of the wider Delivery Planning and Assurance team (DPA) within EC Digital.This position offers flexibility for hybrid work schedules to include a combination of in-office presence and telecommute/virtual work and can be based from any location where AECOM has a US based officeKey Responsibilities:Implementing the technology stack to deliver projects, from the standardized cornerstone tool setsImplementing the project data standard requirements on projectsOutlining the digital production processes to be used by project delivery teamsCollaborating with global business line implementation leads to identify appropriate service resources for the successful delivery of selected projectsWorking with assurance to proactively monitor projects during delivery, to ensure they continuously meet all quality metricsEnabling EC Digital’s delivery service and the wider organization to successfully adopt the project execution standardsCollaborating with all other implementation leads and the wider Delivery Planning and Assurance team to continuously improve our standardized delivery approach for major projectsWhat We Are Looking ForTo be successful in this critical role, you will need to have significant experience of delivering large, complex projects. You will have a sound technical understanding of various technologies used to deliver such projects, as well as common delivery standards and processes. You will also be capable of acting a leader in this field, comfortable with simultaneously influencing project teams to take up the standardized project delivery approach whilst also influencing up the way to senior digital leadership in the organization.
