Property Maintenance Manager and/or Laborer

Performs manual, physical tasks, often on mobile home sites, in a warehouse, or for landscaping projects. Oversees and directs all upkeep, repair, and installation activities for a facility, equipment, and grounds.

Gas, water, and electric residential installation experience preferred.

Landscaping experience and small engine repair and maintenance are a must.

Driver's license and reliable truck
