We have been in business for over 22 years in Property Management. We use the latest technology to be the best at what we do.

We own and manage buildings, lease units, engage in construction, remodeling, and property acquisition.

All of the properties are located in San Francisco.

Your primary responsibilities would include:

Holding Open Houses and Showings by Appointment

Visiting Property Common Areas Once Per Month

Managing Tenant Requests

Taking high level direction and then implementing a plan of action based on the direction

Assisting the Company President

Clear Communication and Visibility of Action to the Company President.

Reviewing Available Properties on the MLS

We are located in Cow Hollow, near public transportation, but most of your time will be spent out of the office at properties

We are seeking the following in a candidate:

Part time availability between 5 to 10 hours per week to start - more work available depending on the fit, but are ok with 5-10 hours

Ability to get around town on his/her own

Strong Organizational Skills

Detail Oriented

Strong Communication and Documentation Skills

Real Estate license or strong desire to obtain one a bonus (but not necessary).

Note: We would consider paying and training you to get your Real Estate License.
