Part-time house cleaning/ personal assistant - 10 minutes from UCSD

I'm a busy divorced professional looking for a kind, reliable person to help me manage several homes; the position involves cleaning, light laundry, and organizing, but also occasionally helping with shopping, household projects, and occasionally, watering the garden in one of my yards. I am looking for someone to help about once a week. I am flexible with hours and days. This can supplement nicely a school schedule. I am open to all backgrounds, experience, and skills as long as you're bright, reliable and know how to clean well.
