One on One Support Staff / Caregiver

Are you patient, caring, and enthusiastic about making a difference in someone’s life? We’re looking for compassionate individuals to join our team and provide one-on-one support to individuals with disabilities in their homes and communities.

What You’ll Do:

Support individuals in their daily routines, personal goals and hygiene care

Provide companionship, encouragement, and respectful care

Help foster independence, inclusion, and a safe environment

Communicate clearly with team members and families

Assist with daily living activities based on individual needs
