Hiring independent contractors for flexible, on-call cleaning work.

We are a small, local team looking for experienced and dependable move-in/move-out cleaners to assist with residential deep cleans in North County San Diego.

This is NOT a traditional employee role. You must:

Have your own cleaning supplies + equipment (vacuum, mop, broom, towels, cleaning solutions, etc.)

Be a legal U.S. citizen or authorized to work in the U.S.

Have a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation

Carry general liability business insurance

Carry car insurance

Have at least 2 years of professional cleaning experience

Be able to provide professional references

Demonstrate strong professionalism and reliability
