Job SummaryUnder the supervision of the Office of Diversion and Reentry (ODR) Program Manager and Lead Clinical Supervisor, the Mental Health Lead provides clinical supervision to case managers and other unlicensed staff. The Mental Health Lead ensures sound clinical direction, management, and coordination of mental health, rehabilitation, case management, community outreach and medication support services. ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIESKey Areas of Responsibility: Provide individual and group clinical support to case managers and other unlicensed staff in adherence with the BBS. Assist with developing and implementing clinical training for ODR program.Provide mental health guidance and support to the ODR teams including completion of any clinical documentation, progress notes, care plans, and/or assessments as needed.Hold a small caseload of clients in addition to providing mental health support for team.Support management regarding clinical support and take the lead with any debriefs as necessary.Support team with individuals who need to be placed on a 5150.Participate in monthly Clinical Consultation Meetings. Participate in team meetings scheduled. Other duties and responsibilities may be assigned.
