Push Marketing Agency, based in Santa Ana, CA, is seeking a motivated and creative Marketing Coordinator to join our team. We specialize in the motorcycle and off-road industry, representing leading brands and race teams. This role is hands-on, fast-paced, and ideal for someone who lives and breathes motorcycles, racing, and digital marketing.

Key Responsibilities

Social Media Management

Experience creating Digital Ads; creative and execution

o Manage a minimum of ten (10) client accounts (Instagram & Facebook).

o Create and publish a minimum of three (3) posts per week, per client.

o Develop engaging content (copy, images, tags, giveaways, contests).

o Track analytics, trends, and growth to increase followers and engagement.

Content Creation

o Collaborate with photographers and media teams to source or create content.

o Plan and execute at least two photo/video shoots per month (action, studio, lifestyle).

o Produce client / product videos.

Press Releases; Newsletters

o Write and distribute press releases to industry publications & websites.

o Create and send client newsletters monthly via Constant Contact.

o Conduct press follow-up and provide placement/analytics reporting.

Events & Sponsorships

o Attend and support at least one (1) event or race per month.

o Assist with trade shows, race activations, and client event marketing.

o Work with Hookit.com for sponsorship management and athlete selections.

Qualifications

Must be an active MX/Off-Road rider or racer (non-riders will not be considered).

Strong knowledge of the powersports industry and off-road culture.

Deep understanding of social media platforms, backend data, trends, and tags.

Excellent writing skills with attention to detail.

Experience creating Digital Ads; creative and execution

Experience with Constant Contact, press releases, and content analytics a plus.

Photography and video editing skills are a strong advantage.

Basic bike Maintenance Skills (Swap Parts, Add Aftermarket Products)

Ability to work independently, manage multiple clients, and meet deadlines.

Details

Location: Santa Ana, CA (on-site with event travel as needed)

Hours: Minimum of 30 hours per week

Pay: $19-$22 per hour based on experience
