Manufacturing/Warehouse Positions in OC & LA County

Immediate need See below for a BRIEF detail of open positions:

Molding Technician ($30 - $40 per hour) - Long Beach

- Start up and troubleshoots assigned machines, and updates Setup Worksheets, and purge material in a timely manner prior to the beginning of next job

- Verify that the correct mold has been setup per the Setup Checklist and the Bill of Materials, and ensure all scrape is segregated, counted, and recorded as directed

- Understand and follow the Bill of Materials regarding materials and auxiliary equipment as shown in the work instruction document

- Assist in setup of robots and startup of interface between robot and machine as directed as well as assist in setting up all support and auxiliary equipment needed for the job

- Check work order to ensure correct material is staged at machine in timely manner and log any changes throughout the entire run for every job on the Process Change Log

- Troubleshoot problems and assist in performing repairs when machines develop problems, preferably, while processes continue to run as well as report unsafe conditions to shift supervisor for immediate action

- Maintain housekeeping and cleanliness of the machines and work area within the cell and of the entire production department

- Perform other tasks as needed or required

- 3+ years of experience as Molding Technician or Process Technician

Maintenance Technician ($25 - $40 per hour) - Long Beach

- Perform scheduled and unscheduled repairs of production equipment during production hours as well as perform regular preventative maintenance on machines, support equipment, and plant facilities

- Perform maintenance and repairs on air conditioning systems and cooling systems as well as perform Maintenance Mechanic activities that may include mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, hydraulic, troubleshooting, robot, and PLC

- Read and interpret equipment manuals necessary to perform repairs to required machinery

- Detect faulty operations/machinery and report findings to the Maintenance Manager promptly

- Additional duties may be assigned as necessary by the Maintenance Manager

- 2+ years of experience in performing maintenance on mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, electrical, and/or robotics systems

Manual Machinist ($25 - $35 per hour) - Los Alamitos

- Fabricate metal pats according to specifications using manual mill/lathe/drill press/band saw as needed

- Work with different materials including aluminum, steel, stainless, etc.

- Ensure fabricated parts meet specifications and within tolerances

- 1+ year of experience with manual mill or lathe

- Machine shop training up to 6 months can replace work experience

- Great hand eye coordination and ability to think on feet

SR RF Soldering Technician ($30 - $32 per hour) - Cypress

- Interpret RF/ microwave schematics, drawing and work instructions.

- Perform fine-pitch SMT and through-hole soldering, wave soldering, and mechanical assembly to PC-A610 Class 3 standards.

- 5 years of experience as a soldering and mechanical technician.

- Must be able to solder under a microscope.

- Proficient in IPC-A-610 Class 3 soldering criteria.

RF Test Technician ($25 - $30 per hour) - Cypress

- Tuning and testing of RF/,microwave power amplifiers at X. Ku, and Ka-bands.

- Expertise with handling, tuning, and testing open chip semiconductor devices.

- Ability to test various RF/microwave products from the development phase and intro production.

- Minimum of 2 years of direct experience.

- Proficient with the use of lab equipment; spectrum analyzers, network analyzers, power meter, etc.

- Know and understand ESD procedures.

- Knowledge in the use of epoxies and bounding materials.

Mechanical Assembler ($23 - $25 per hour) - Cypress

- Disassemble, modify, rework, reassemble, and test experimental or prototype

- Cleaning, bonding, measuring

- Connector and harness installation

- 4+ years of experience as a Mechanical Assembler or similar field

- Soldering experience: IPC J-STD-001 and/or IPC A-610 certification is a plus

- Able to work with tweezers under a microscope

Shipping and Receiving Clerk ($21 per hour) - Cypress

- Inventory control & cycle counts

- Pick, pack, and label

- Load/unload products and/or boxes to and from truck

- Shrink wrap products and palletize products/boxes

- 6+ months of experience in shipping and receiving

- Must be able to lift and carry up to 50 lbs

- May need to operate pallet jack and/or forklifts

- Have moderate computer skills & math skills

Shipping Clerk ($18.50 - $20 per hour) - Long Beach

- Create BOL

- Process Shipment

- Answer Emails

- Perform other clerical tasks as needed

- 2-5 years of experience in shipping/receiving

- Ability to safely lift up to 50 lbs

- Basic computer skills

- Bilingual English and Spanish is required

Forklift Operator ($17 - $21 per hour) - Anaheim, Cypress, Garden Grove, Lakewood

- Operate various forklifts

- May assist with shipping and receiving tasks and other warehouse tasks

- 1+ year of forklift experience

- Certified forklift preferred

- Bilingual Spanish and English preferred

Production Worker ($17 per hour) - Los Alamitos

- Perform assembly work through threading

- Handle materials and maintain quality assurance

- Perform general labor tasks

- 1+ year of experience as a threading worker, sewing, or similar position

- Experience using PPE

- Good hand-eye coordination

General Laborer ($16.50 - $20 per hour) - Anaheim, Cypress, Garden Grove, Lakewood

- Pick and pack and may need to label boxes

- Lift heavy items, shrink wrap them, and may palletize boxes

- Maintain a clean work environment

- Help support production

- 1+ year of experience in warehouse or manufacturing

- High school diploma is a plus

- Physical stamina to perform manual labor tasks

- Ability to safely lift up to 40 to 50+ lbs

- Punctuality and time management skills

- Bilingual English and Spanish is a plus
