The Logistics Associate is responsible for receiving and inspecting incoming deliveries, organizing materials, preparing job site orders for pickup, and supporting overall warehouse efficiency. This role plays a critical part in ensuring that field crews receive accurate materials on time and that the warehouse remains clean, organized, and safe.

Job Description:

- Receive and inspect incoming deliveries for accuracy and damage

- Sort, label, and store materials in designated warehouse locations

- Prepare and stage paint, tools, and supplies for daily job site pickups

- Loading and unloading equipment

- Ensure staging hub and Connex box are organized appropriately

- Safely operate forklifts and other material-handling equipment

- Organize and maintain all materials and equipment

- Assist in periodic job-site deliveries

- Assist with Purchase Orders and vendor management

- Ensure sundries area is clean and fully stocked

- Assist in warehouse tasks to keep neat, clean, and organized

Required Skills & Abilities:

- Cleanliness and organization a priority

- Follow directions and communicate effectively

- Ability to work within a team

- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail

- Excellent time management skills and dependability

- Driver’s license and clean driving record

- Manages time efficiently

- Must be able to lift 50 pounds.

- Fluent in Spanish preferred

- Able to operate a forklift a plus
