Line Cook- Pacific Beach

We’re looking for an experienced Line Cook to join our fast-paced kitchen team at a casual burger and bowl concept. The right candidate is reliable, motivated, and knows how to work a station cleanly and efficiently. If you take pride in food quality and kitchen standards, we want to hear from you.

Responsibilities

Execute orders on grill, sauté, and fry stations with consistency

Prep ingredients and maintain daily par levels

Follow recipes and portioning standards

Maintain a clean, organized, and food-safe workstation

Support team with restocking, cleaning, and prep during downtime

Communicate effectively with BOH and FOH staff

Requirements

Minimum 2 years of experience on a fast-paced line

Familiarity with burgers, rice bowls, and basic station flow

Able to stand for long periods and lift 40+ lbs

Strong sense of urgency and cleanliness

Team-oriented attitude and reliable attendance

Must be available for afternoon, evening shifts, and weekends
