Leasing person part-time, 24-30 hrs per week

Looking for a hard-working people-person with a big smile, and a love for L.A. properties and people.

We are a boutique property management firm with properties all over Los Angeles. We are looking to hire an enthusiastic leasing person with weekend availability.

We host 4-hour open houses on weekends and need leasing help on Thursdays and Fridays (8hr. days).

Experience preferred but will train the right person. Must have reliable transportation. AppFolio property management software knowledge a plus.

Duties include:

Meeting potential renters for tours of available units

Following up on leads from potential renters

Collecting prospect info to runcredit checks for renters that qualified

Preparing leasing documents

Handling the collection of rent payments, security deposits and application fees

Reviewing rental agreements with future tenants

Conducting move-out walk-thru's

Lightly staging units for optimized photography

-Ideal candidate will posess the following:

-Some knowledge of property management

-Experience in sales and marketing
