It’s not quite the size of a full Esthetician room, but it is perfect for estheticians that offer eyelash extensions eyebrow waxing brow lamination, lash lifts ect. It would also be a great space for a nail tech wanting a private space. I currently have two available, one that is available part time and will come fully furnished, and one that is available full-time unfurnished.
