IT Business Analyst

MAJOR ACTIVITIES TO ENSURE ACHIEVEMENT OF KEY RESULTS AND DELIVERABLESTake full ownership of the requirements engineering process, acting with autonomy to align with business goals. Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, document, and prioritize requirements for successful project outcomes.Conduct discovery sessions, interviews, and workshops with stakeholders to gather insights into processes, challenges, and opportunities. Analyze gaps and inefficiencies; recommend solutions using custom-built applications or third-party services.Translate high-level business needs into actionable deliverables by creating detailed documentation, such as user personas, process flows, journey maps, functional specifications, user stories, and acceptance criteria. Ensure documentation is organized and maintained in JIRA.Facilitate cross-functional collaboration to ensure alignment on requirements and solutions, and clearly communicate findings, gaps, and proposed solutions to both technical and business stakeholders.Lead solution assessment, validation efforts, and testing phases (including UAT) to ensure gaps are addressed and requirements are met.
