We are looking for a strategic and execution-focused Head of Talent to lead Talent Operations at PayNearMe. Reporting to the VP, People, this individual will own and elevate how we attract, hire, onboard, and retain exceptional team members globally.You’ll be responsible for developing a scalable and compliant global hiring infrastructure, shaping our compensation strategies, and ensuring every new hire is set up for success from day one.
