Handyman / Maintenance Worker

Looking for a dependable, skilled maintenance and/or handyman in Yreka area, work part or full time. Will be required to handle service requests, work orders with detail; have basic knowledge of maintenance repair, be able to handle small electrical/plumbing repairs, capable of lifting 40 pounds, have their own tools and have strong verbal/written communication skills as you will be dealing with office staff as well as tenants.
