We are seeking a General Office Assistant to join our Construction Company.The position is currently part time with the possibility of full time. You will perform clerical and administrative functions remotely with few in person dates in order to help drive company success.

Responsibilities:

Draft correspondences and other formal documents

Develop and implement organized filing systems

Prepare, submit and monitor outgoing invoices

Monitor and pay incoming invoices

Payroll

Qualifications:

Previous experience in office administration or other related fields

Knowledge of Excel, Word and Adobe

Ability to prioritize and multitask

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Strong attention to detail

Strong organizational skills
