We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Restaurant Manager to lead the front-of-house team and guide Santé into its next phase of growth. This is a unique opportunity to shape the guest experience, elevate service standards, and position Santé as a premier dining destination in the heart of wine country.Reporting to the Director, Food & Beverage Operations, responsibilities and essential job functions include but are not limited to the following:Oversee daily operations of Santé’s dinner service and the 38° North Lobby Bar, focusing on operational logistics and ensuring seamless, high-quality guest experiencesLead the strategic repositioning of Santé, working closely with brand, hotel, and culinary teams to evolve the restaurant’s identity and market presenceEmbrace an entrepreneurial mindset by identifying and implementing creative, cost-effective strategies to grow revenue, improve margins, and drive businessLead by example by being actively involved in daily operations to support peak periods, coaching in real-time, and ensuring every guest touchpoint aligns with service excellenceOwn departmental financial performance, including forecasting, payroll, cost control, and profitability—consistently striving to exceed financial goalsInspire, lead, and develop a passionate team committed to service by fostering accountability, development and a culture of excellenceCollaborate closely with the Chef de Cuisine and Culinary team to align service, menu, and guest experience, ensuring a seamless front- and back-of-house collaborationPartner with Sales & Marketing to design and implement promotions, events, and seasonal activations aligned business goalsFoster a culture of continuous improvement by leveraging guest feedback and colleague engagement insightsAnalyze market trends, guest feedback, and competitive offerings to position Santé as a dining destination in Sonoma CountyEnsure brand standards are maintained with highest standard of quality and visual appealSupport all F&B Venues, including assuming Manager on Duty responsibilitiesMaintain a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for both guests and colleagues, with a strong focus on health and safety protocolsSupport broader hotel initiatives and work cross-functionally to ensure alignment across departmentsOther duties as assigned
