Your Role
As our Office Assistant, you'll be the backbone of our operations, ensuring our team runs smoothly and our customers receive the top-notch service they deserve.
Responsibilities
Customer Interaction: Answer and direct phone calls with professionalism and warmth.
Scheduling: Coordinate estimates and installations efficiently.
Social Media Management: Maintain and grow our online presence across platforms.
Office Maintenance: Keep our workspace clean, organized, and welcoming.
Administrative Support: Assist with various office tasks to ensure seamless operations.
What We’re Looking For
Experience: 2+ years in office or administrative roles; experience in the trades industry is a plus.
Skills: Strong communication, organizational, and multitasking abilities.
Tech-Savvy: Comfortable with computers, scheduling software, and social media platforms.
Work Ethic: Reliable, detail-oriented, and self-motivated.
Attitude: Positive, team-oriented, and customer-focused.
Bonus: Knowledge of payroll or bookkeeping is a plus.
