Nonash Inc. (San Jose, CA) is hiring FedEx delivery drivers.
Pay & Incentives:
a) $225/day guaranteed minimum – includes regular and overtime pay equivalent; predictable and transparent earnings structure. (Fully compliant with state and federal wage laws.) This rate applies to experienced FedEx drivers. New hires without prior FedEx experience will have to successfully complete a 4-week paid training program at $20/hour before advancing to this rate.
b) $1,200 Sign-On Bonus – paid in 4 installments of $300 after 2, 4, 6, and 8 months of continuous employment. Employee must remain in good standing and actively employed on each payment date to receive that installment.
c) Up to $100/month Safety/Customer Experience Discretionary Bonus (clean package delivery/pickup record, zero accidents/violations)
d) Up to $750 Peak Season Discretionary Bonus : (6 weeks): $125/week for 6 weeks (late Nov – Dec) for drivers with great attendance, safety, and SOP compliance.
e) $300 Referral Bonus if you bring another experienced badged driver (30-Days referral period)

Total annual earning potential: $58.5K – $61.6K per year, including bonuses.”
