PRIMARY PURPOSE:
Drive non-member event sales and also work closely with all in-house/member events and tournaments.

EVENTS:
1. Handle and follow-up on all incoming calls, walk-ins and emails for all events and create lead sheets. Conduct site tours of facilities.
2. Judiciously book the Club’s facilities and record the data in the banquet book and on the calendar whiteboard.
3. Quote current rates and menu options for all aspects of an event, always working closely with the F&B Manager, Head Golf Pro, Chef, Event Coordinator and General Manager.
4. Utilize Club Essential’s Reserve catering system to produce BEO’s for all applicable depts. and track events and produce event billing.
5. Work in coordination with the Event Coordinator to order or lease from specialty vendors, rental agencies and linen company to fulfill all needs of the event
6. Do an annual survey of rates for event bookings, site rentals, food charges, amenities, rental add-ons, etc. and propose price changes to the Food & Beverage Director and General Manager.
7. Pass-on and coordinate non-member functions with other Event staff and management for proper implementation.
8. Coordinate with F&B Manager, Event Coordinator, General Manager and Banquet Servers on Member Events.
9. Meet and coordinate with outside tournament organizers, and/or chairperson, Head Golf Professional, Event Coordinator & Chef for all F&B needs.
10. Work with Chef & Sous Chef on Menu creation for all F&B events.
11. Research and recommend advertising opportunities consistent with promoting Spring Creek G&CC for non-member events.
12. Any other duties may be reasonably requested to ensure satisfactory performance within the role.
Minimum Qualifications (Education, Experience, Skills, working eligibility status):
1. High school or GED
2. 1 to 2 years of college or a closely related field may substitute for a portion of the required experience
3. Minimum of 2 years’ experience preferred in a Sales Role.
4. Working knowledge of computer software programs, ability to navigate through administrative access.
5. Ability to manage effectively in a fast-paced environment
6. Ability to manage multiple situations simultaneously
7. Ability to manage resources to ensure that established service levels are always achieved
8. Interpersonal skills
