Estimator/Project Manager

Position Overview

TC Construction Company Inc. is excited to announce an immediate opening for an experienced Estimator and/or Project Manager to join our team specializing in underground wet utility construction. This is a fantastic opportunity for driven individuals who thrive in a fast-paced environment and are looking to grow within a reputable and dynamic company.

Key Responsibilities

Estimating or managing projects with a Wet Utility scope

Applying knowledge of industry standards and specifications for wet utilities

Creating and maintaining Critical Path Method (CPM) schedules

Performing accurate takeoffs and utilizing estimating software (HCSS HeavyBid experience is a plus)

Coordinating effectively with owners, developers, contractors, and subcontractors

Overseeing material procurement and delivery schedules

Managing job costing, budgeting, and documentation including Change Orders (COs), Requests for Information (RFIs), and Purchase Orders (POs)

Supervising and communicating with a diverse group of subcontractors and suppliers

Qualifications

Demonstrated experience in public and private sector construction projects

Strong organizational and communication skills

Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines efficiently

Prior experience in wet utility construction is required

Familiarity with industry software and tools is a plus
