Job Type: Full-Time / Part-Time

Pay: Based on experience; to be discussed during the interview

Schedule: Monday – Saturday (Flexible shifts available)

Position Summary:

Green Star Cleaning Services, Inc. is seeking reliable, physically capable, and safety-focused individuals to join our Junk Removal and Hauling Division. As a Junk Removal Driver & Hauler, you will be responsible for operating company trucks (Class 1500 to 3500), picking up unwanted items or debris from residential and commercial properties, and hauling them to appropriate dump sites, recycling centers, or our company yard for sorting and organization.

This is a hands-on, labor-intensive job that requires strength, stamina, and a strong work ethic. You’ll be the face of our company at each site, ensuring friendly and respectful customer interactions while maintaining efficient and safe loading and transportation practices.

Key Responsibilities:

Operate company-owned trucks (1500–3500 class) to and from job sites and disposal/recycling facilities.

Perform on-site junk removal services, including heavy lifting, sorting, loading, and clean-up.

Safely secure and transport loads to designated dump or recycling sites.

Unload and dispose of items following all local regulations and company policies.

Reorganize reusable or recyclable materials at our compound when applicable.

Conduct pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections and report maintenance needs.

Maintain accurate records of jobs completed, mileage, fuel usage, and dump fees.

Interact professionally and courteously with clients and team members.

Follow safety protocols and wear appropriate PPE at all times.

Qualifications:

Valid California Driver’s License (required)

Clean driving record (no DUI, reckless driving, or major violations in the last 3 years).

Ability to drive and maneuver 1500–3500 class trucks safely.

Previous experience in junk removal, hauling, delivery driving, or general labor preferred.

Ability to lift 50–100 pounds repeatedly throughout the day.

Familiarity with local disposal sites and recycling regulations is a plus.

Strong communication, time management, and organizational skills.

Must be punctual, dependable, and team-oriented.

Must pass a background check and drug screening.

Work Environment:

Outdoor job sites in varying conditions (hot/cold, rain/sun).

Frequent driving, lifting, bending, and moving bulky or heavy items.

Exposure to dirt, dust, and debris – proper PPE provided.
