What you get to do in this role:The Customer Excellence Group - Strategy & Product - Catalyst Center of Excellence will be responsible for partnering with the Platform and Product Business Unit Product Management and Engineering organizations to deliver a transformational AI‑first implementation and adoption experience for ServiceNow’s customers. You are being hired to work on one of the most exciting initiatives at one of the fastest-growing Enterprise AI companies in the industry. As Director, Partner Strategy & Enablement, you will lead the strategy and execution to enable and scale a high-performing partner ecosystem—both internal partners (Expert Services and Impact) and external Global/Regional SIs and specialty partners—to deliver AI-first, autonomous implementations of ServiceNow products at customer scale. Your North Star: dramatically compress time‑to‑first-meaningful‑use, accelerate adoption, and deliver a consistently excellent, AI‑enabled implementation journey that reduces deployment friction and improves renewal outcomes.Responsibilities:Stand up the SI scale motion: identify & prioritize focus partners, define the capability/tiering model, and operationalize co-sell / co-deliver frameworks.Build a partner enablement path for agentic implementations: curate curricula and assets; define certification & badging for autonomous setup and deployment; align incentives to capability growth and outcomes.Drive partner performance management: partner with the Global Partners & Channels team to ensure partners perform at expected levels.Orchestrate internal partners (Expert Services & Impact) to create unified playbooks and packaged offerings that de-risk scale and ensure consistency.Governance & quality: institute partner readiness gates, QA checkpoints, and Responsible-AI guardrails—embedded in enablement and delivery reviews.Talent & org build: hire, coach, and lead a global team (partner managers, enablement leaders, program managers) with clear KPIs and OKRs tied to customer value and partner impact.
