Customer Service/ Food Prep Representative

Olivetree Delicafe is looking for someone to join our team!

We are a family-owned business, serving the community for over 20 years! We specialize in providing our guests with healthy food options and a personalized service experience! We are hiring a part-time customer service/food prep team member.

Shift: Monday to Friday 9:00 a.m. - 2:00 p.m.

There may be a rare need to work outside of these days and hours

You will be responsible for:

-Taking customer orders and completing point-of-sale processing

-Preparing meals aligned with company standards and customer specifications

-Organize and prepare catering orders

-Complete food preparation and inventory checks

-Responsible for maintaining restaurant cleanliness including completing daily deep-cleaning

Qualifications:

-Experience in food service is an asset

-Strong customer service skills: effective communication, attentiveness and positive language/demeanor

-Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

-High level of reliability: punctuality and schedule adherence

-Effective time-management skills

-Willingness to adapt to change
