Handle large complex deal work (without outside counsel) at top-tier firm quality with a business-minded approach.Advise business units on corporate and finance matters. Negotiate and draft documents for a wide variety of complex business transactions involving both domestic and international issues including purchase and sale agreements, joint venture agreements, financing documents, distribution agreements, license agreements, service agreements, supply agreements and lease agreements.Act as lead associate on M&A and financing deals, responsible for overseeing all aspects of diligence as well as producing first drafts of all deal documents with minimal supervision.“Own” projects – ask questions, take responsibility, think outside the box and make risk-appropriate judgment calls with limited supervisionProactively identify, and actively participate in improving, inefficiencies or waste within the department and across our businesses
