Telecommunications consruction basis, no experience required but preferred.
Manage phone, directing calls as necessary or taking messages while maintaining excellent phone etiquette.
Perform data entry tasks, and organizing documents efficiently.
Utilize Microsoft Office and Google Workspace for various clerical tasks, including typing reports, permits and redlines.
Utilize QuickBooks for basic bookkeeping and invoicing/billing.
Maintain office organization, provide administrative support to staff as needed, including filing, permitting.
Experience
Background in clerical or administrative work is beneficial
Bilingual candidates are highly desirable to enhance communication with team.
Proficiency in computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and Google Workspace applications.
Exceptional customer service, organization, and problem-solving skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
