Now Hiring: Child Care Assistant – Home Daycare in Paso Robles , CA

We are a Large , licensed home daycare seeking a caring, reliable, and energetic Child Care Assistant to join our team. Our program provides a safe, nurturing, and fun environment for young children, and we’re looking for someone who shares our passion for early childhood development.

Responsibilities include:

Assisting with daily care routines (meals, diapering, toileting, naps)

Engaging children in play, learning activities, and outdoor time

Helping maintain a clean, safe, and organized environment

Supporting positive guidance and social-emotional development

Communicating with children and families respectfully and professionally

Requirements:

Must be at least 18 years old

Experience working with children (paid or volunteer) preferred

CPR & First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain)

Able to pass background check & fingerprint clearance (TrustLine/Community Care Licensing requirement)

Reliable, patient, and enjoys working with young children

Schedule: [Part-time/full-time,

Pay: $17-19 per hour (based on experience)

Location: Paso Robles
