What You’ll Do

Answer and prioritize incoming calls from customers and emergency contacts.

Dispatch local authorities to alarm activations quickly and accurately.

Communicate with customers about alarm events and provide clear instructions.

Collaborate with fellow operators to ensure seamless, around-the-clock coverage.

What We’re Looking For

Strong multitasking and communication skills—calm under pressure.

Dependable and punctual, with a professional phone manner.

Ability to pass a Live Scan/background check (no major misdemeanors or felonies).

Previous dispatch, alarm monitoring, or 911 operator experience is a plus.

Must be able pass a background check with no major misdemeanors or felonies on record.
