Care Provider Elderly Facility

PLEASE READ ENTIRE POST We are looking for a compassionate individual to care for our elderly with developmental disabilities. We are a 30 bed home located in Empire, CA. Entry level position- NO EXPERIENCE REQUIRED. We assist with all ADLs (bathing, dressing, toileting, activities inside and out of home, etc.). Light housekeeping on the PM shift, most housekeeping on our graveyard shift.

We are currently hiring for our PM position 2pm-10pm, full time position. MUST be able to work WEEKENDS. MUST have drivers license. Starting pay is $16.50/hr, with an increase to $17.00 after 90 days another increase to $18.00 after 9 months. After working full time (4/5 days a week) for one year, you are eligible for one week paid vacation and eligible for our 401K (which we match up to 4% of your paycheck).

NO FELONIES, our residents are highly protected. We fingerprint all hires and they go through Department of Justice and FBI. You will have a work physical and TB test done with your doctor before starting.
