Delivery Job Overview
oLoading, transporting, and delivering items to Customers.
oReviewing orders before and after delivery to ensure that orders are complete, the charges are correct, and the Customer is satisfied.
oAssisting with loading and unloading items from vehicles.
oAccepting payments for delivered items.
oProviding excellent Customer service, by answering questions or handling Customer issues.
oAdhering to assigned routes and following shift schedule, including designated meal breaks.

Reception Job Overview - must be willing to fill in for receptionist
oProvide patients with an outstanding experience during their visit
oAct as the gatekeeper for the front door only allowing in patients who present a government issued photo identification
oChecking-in customers
oAnswer phones and provide basic information to patients
oTake patient orders via the phone, reduce to writing and supply to sales team
oAssist with basic cleaning and housekeeping duties
oAssist with end of day inventory counts and reconciliation

Security Job Overview - if applicable
Security guards perform the duty of ensuring a safe and comfortable atmosphere for our clients, employees and vendors or anyone who may be partaking in business at the Satori Wellness premises. Ensure all BCC regulations are to satisfy compliance standards are met, along with store policies and procedures, Guards are responsible for the safety and security of day-to-day operations as well as providing friendly greeting service to our visitors.
oPerform the duty of ensuring a safe and comfortable atmosphere for our clients, employees and vendors or anyone who may be partaking in business at the Satori Wellness premises.
oEnsure all BCC regulations are to satisfy compliance standards are met, along with store policies and procedures responsible for the safety and security of day-to-day operations as well as providing friendly greeting service to our visitors.
oPromote a shopping environment that is positive, customer-service oriented, and compliant with established policies and procedures
oPerform above and beyond customer service and hospitality to the standards of Satori Wellness.
oConduct foot patrol of Satori Wellness perimeter and surroundings with the occasional maintenance .
oMonitor camera footage from tablet.
oProvide friendly greeting service to our clients and customers.
oCommunicate on walkie-talkie to other staff in relation to operations.
oComplete all daily duties checklists with integrity.
oClean debris from entranceways and walkways.
oRestocking and maintenance of restrooms.
oWrite security and incident reports, clearly and concisely detailing information.
oNotifies Inventory Manager of deliveries and vendor arrivals.
oEscort visitors to check in station and to their destination.
oOther duties as assigned by the Management Team.
Additional Qualifications: Guard Card preferred OR must be willing one
·Must have availability to be on-call at least 5 days a week, 9:30a-2:30p, 2:15p-7p or all day.
·Must be 21+ years old.
· Qualified Candidates should have a minimum of 6 mos-1 year experience as a Driver in a Dispensary.
· Qualified Candidates should have a minimum of 1-year experience in Customer service in a retail environment.
· Qualified Candidates should have a minimum of 1-2 years experience in a Cannabis Dispensary as a Budtender.
· Willing to cross-train and work more than one position - i.e. budtending & reception, driving & reception, security & reception
· Valid Driver’s License
· Insured as a driver.
· No DUIs
· Reports all driving violations from any state or municipalities to store leadership.
Work Environment:
· This job operates in a professional cannabis Store environment.
· This role routinely uses standard office and Store equipment such as computers, phones, printers, POS.
· This position regularly requires working evenings, nights, weekends, and holidays.
Physical Demands:
· While performing the duties of this job the Employee is regularly required to see, talk, and hear.
· While performing the duties of this job the Employee is frequently required to stand, walk, use hands or feet, reach with hands and arms, and required to lift a min of 50lbs.

· This is a part time or full-time non-exempt hourly position which reports to the General Manager/Store Management.
