B2B Phone sales with basepay + uncapped commission

We sell vape products to vape shops, we smile and dial, we make money. Commission is 15% on all new orders, 8% on all reorders, and base pay is $17/hour. You can make real money here. This isn't a fancy job but it's not a boiler room scam either. We're legit, 401k, medical benifits, the whole 9 yards, we even provide free energery drinks.

We're a smaller team, around 10 people, looking for young aggressive guys (or girls) that aren't afraid of conflict and want to learn how to sell. I'm not really looking for any veterans at this time, I want people with zero to minimal sales experience but you got yapper on ya, you're the loud one in the group, and want to level up. This isn't easy but if you get good you'll make money. If you can sink hours into Elden Ring or COD you can do this too.

I don't care what your level of experience is, in fact I prefer you have none, maybe you work some retail job and you're sick of it, you know you can do more with some coaching and training, maybe this will be a good fit for you. I only have 2 empty seats currently.

p.s. no work from home nonsense here, we're in office 5-days a week M-F 730am to 4pm, weekends and major holidays off. Must be located in Orange County.
