Pay: $75,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year

Windhorse Integrative Mental Health, a small non-profit since 1993, is seeking an Associate Team Leader for our San Luis Obispo, CA location. Personal meditation/contemplative practice encouraged.

Ideal candidate has strong clinical, supervisory and people skills and has a capacity for humor, playfulness and lightness. This position provides the opportunity to work closely and collaboratively with a multi-disciplinary team providing hands on care to one another and clients experiencing a range of extreme mind states. Additional requirements: Masters- working toward licensure as an LCSW, LMFT, or LPCC.
