Assistant House Manager

Job Title: Assistant House Manager - Level 4I Small Family Residential Facility

Schedule: Monday-Friday 6am-8am+2pm-8pm, with on-call responsibilities

We are seeking an experienced, compassionate, and highly organized Assistant House Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of our

Level 4I Facility. The Assistant House Manager plays a critical leadership role in ensuring the delivery of quality care, staff supervision, and regulatory compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

-Manage daily operations of the facility in accordance with Community Care Licensing (CCL) and Regional Center guidelines.

-Supervise, train, and support Direct Support Professionals (DSPs) and other staff.

-Monitor resident care plans, ensuring implementation of behavioral and developmental programs.

-Coordinate appointments, activities, and transportation for residents.

-Ensure proper documentation, including medication logs, incident reports, and daily notes.

-Participate in meetings regarding the residents.

-Provide intervention and support as needed.

Qualifications:

-Must be at least 18 years of age

-Highschool diploma or equivalent

-Experience working in a Level 4I or similar facility

-Valid Drivers License with clean driving record

-Transportation

-Flexible schedule and ability to be on call if needed during an emergency

-Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills

-Ability to handle emergencies and resolve conflicts effectively
