Admin Coordinator | Social Media Manager for established Non-Profit

$20 - $25/hr DOE | Three to five hours per week, up to 20 hours per month

The candidate will report to the Board of Directors.

Admin Coordinator

Attend monthly meetings, evenings (preferably in-person)

Work with board members to ensure follow-through on assigned tasks and prepare monthly meeting materials including:

Agenda

Financial report (assist treasurer)

Membership report

Trail/Land Manager updates (City, County, State, Private Land)

Trail work calendars

Assist with coordinating (and occasionally attending) events and/or meetings with agencies and partners

Social Media manager

Work with board members to produce and post content for on-line newsletters and social media

Requirements

Must be local to San Luis Obispo County

Must be familiar with (preferably excited about) Mountain Biking

Good organizational skills and ability to be proactive

Must be adept with Google or MS Office Suite (e.g. Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Email)

Must be proficient with crafting/posting/following up on social media platforms (primarily Instagram, Facebook)
