Position Overview

We are seeking experienced Finders who can connect PathFree Technologies with interested accredited investors. This is a 1099 subcontractor role with immediate earning potential through competitive finder’s fees. Following a short probationary period, successful Finders will be considered for a full-time salaried position that includes a comprehensive compensation and benefits package.

PathFree Technologies provides select leads to help you get started, but highly effective Finders are expected to leverage their own networks, lead sources, or existing book of contacts to generate results.

Responsibilities

Identify and engage accredited investors interested in participating in PathFree Technologies’ stock offering with warrants.

Present the company’s market opportunity, vision, and growth strategy to prospective investors (with supporting materials provided).

Manage investor prospecting activities from initial outreach to connected introduction with PathFree Technologies leadership.

Maintain accurate reporting of investor outreach, lead progress, and outcomes.

Collaborate with PathFree leadership to refine messaging and ensure compliance with company standards.

Qualifications

Proven experience as a Finder, capital introducer, or investor relations professional.

Existing relationships or active networks of accredited investors strongly preferred.

Knowledge of private offerings, early-stage investments, or the medical technology sector a plus.

Strong credibility, communication, and networking skills.

Ability to work independently and deliver results under a commission-based compensation structure.

PathFree Technologies will provide limited lead support to help you get started.

After a short probationary period, top-performing Finders may be invited to join the company as full-time salaried employees with a full compensation and benefits package (to be discussed).
