1. Electrical Foreman (Travel Required)

Pay: $35.42 – $40.84 per hour

Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Electrical Foreman to lead commercial projects across multiple locations. This role requires leadership, technical expertise, and adaptability to ensure projects are completed safely, on time, and to the highest standards.

Responsibilities:

Lead/manage electrical crews on commercial job sites.

Read and interpret blueprints, specs, and NEC/local codes.

Plan schedules, budgets, and material take-offs.

Ensure safety compliance and quality workmanship.

Mentor and train team members.

Coordinate with clients, vendors, and stakeholders.

Qualifications:

5+ years in a foreman role.

Strong knowledge of NEC codes & commercial electrical systems.

Proficient with blueprints, change orders, and documentation.

Excellent leadership and communication skills.

Valid driver’s license (Electrical license preferred).

2. Apprentice Electrician – Commercial

Pay: $20.68 – $30.74 per hour

Overview:

Grow toward Journeyman status by working on advanced electrical installations and applying technical knowledge on commercial projects.

Responsibilities:

Maintain active Arkansas apprentice card & Year 3 NATS classes.

Independently install complex systems (multi-circuit panels, conduits, transformers, advanced lighting).

Read/interpret one-line diagrams, riser diagrams, panel schedules.

Lead by example on safety protocols.

Mentor junior apprentices and support the team.

Apply advanced NEC requirements (load calcs, bonding, conduit fill).

Keep job sites safe, clean, and organized.

Qualifications:

Active Arkansas State Apprentice card required.

Enrollment in or completion of Year 3 of an accredited program.

Commercial/industrial project experience preferred.
