Rapidly growing, customer focused small business, that specializes in providing installation, service and repairs to residential irrigation systems is seeking an experienced Technician to join our team.

Our Technicians play a key role in the success of our business through their ability to support Company operations by performing all tasks at the customers home/work site as determined by the scope of the workorder. These duties and necessary functions are to be performed safely, professionally, and in a timely manner to meet and/or exceed our customer expectations while providing excellent overall customer service.

The ideal candidate will have a full understanding in the use of basic hand tools and equipment and high technical aptitude.

Successful Technician must be self-motivated, with effective communication and problem-solving skills, and the ability to work autonomously as well as in a team environment. Positive attitude, trustworthy, high level personal integrity and honesty. Ability to make a good first impression by being well-groomed, having a pleasant disposition, and the ability to interact with various people in a professional manner, and be available to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends. You’ll assess residential irrigation systems using our proven SES® and CSA® sales processes.

High school diploma or equivalent. Plus 2 + years of experience in the customer service irrigation industry. Must be able to successfully pass all required background check, including a clean driving record and other pre-employment screening. Results – oriented motivation to earn production bonuses.

Compensation based on experience and skills. Per hour + bonus opportunities

8 hour shift

Monday to Friday

Weekends as needed
