Journeyman Plumber

Responsibilities:

- Install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems in residential and commercial buildings

- Collaborate with construction teams to ensure proper installation of plumbing systems

- Read and interpret blueprints and schematics to determine the layout of plumbing systems

- Assemble and install pipes and fittings for water, gas, and drainage systems

- Inspect plumbing systems and identify issues or potential problems

- Repair or replace damaged or malfunctioning plumbing fixtures and components

- Collaborate with other tradespeople, such as electricians and HVAC technicians, to complete projects

- Adhere to safety protocols and regulations at all times

Experience:

- Minimum of 1 year experience as a Journeyman Plumber

- Strong knowledge of construction plumbing practices and techniques

- Proficient in reading blueprints and schematics

- Familiarity with pipe threading techniques

- Experience with both hand tools and power tools used in plumbing work

- HVAC or mechanical knowledge is a plus

- Previous experience as a maintenance person is beneficial

Pay based on experience. Overtime available and paid holidays after 90 days.
