We’re a locally owned commercial and janitorial cleaning company serving all of Northern Arizona — including businesses, post-construction homes, healthcare facilities, offices, banks, hotels, and all types of spaces.

What You’ll Do:

Clean interior and exterior windows, mirrors, and glass doors for commercial and residential clients

Operate ladders, squeegees, and other tools safely and effectively

Follow all company policies, procedures, OSHA guidelines, and safety regulations

Work independently and as part of a team

Provide friendly, professional customer service on every job

Take pride in leaving every window spotless and streak-free

What We’re Looking For:

Dependable, reliable, hardworking, and detail-oriented

Valid driver’s license and dependable transportation required

Comfortable working on ladders, heights, and outdoors

Must follow all safety practices and take responsibility for your work area

Experience in window cleaning or general labor is a plus — but we’ll train the right person!

Positive attitude, good communication, and ability to work on own or with the team.

Honest, Trustworthy, and has good morals and ethics

Must be physically fit as this is a physically demanding position
