The Responsibilities
Seek out opportunities to promote the Sparx Solar name
Follow up on the leads you are presented with
Canvas areas in need of Solar to solicit customers
Cold call sales for Solar and Roofing jobs
Track all sales leads and progression in Job Nimbus and Google Calendar.
The Qualifications
Ability to speak with confidence and poise
Valid Driver's License
Willing to travel throughout the state
Keen sense of self-motivation, dignity, and resolve
Ability to work both independently and collaboratively
Compensation:
Base Salary plus commissions during training/probationary period
Base Salary and Commission after probationary period
Bonuses for meeting and exceeding sales goals.
Company vehicle, tools and equipment provided for sales use.
