We are looking for an experienced Operator who can run equipment safely, and productively, must be well rounded in all machinery including (Excavator, Skid steer, Loader, Backhoe, Compactors). Operator/s must also work on the ground and do whatever the job that day may entail as instructed. This position is titled Operator, but operating is just a small part of the job. We partner and associate with many community participants for influnce and personal development & Internal Growth. The Operator is an integral part of working alongside the crew and helping wherever needed, on or off a machine.
