Established Local Roofing Contractor (30 yrs in business) is hiring Service Dept Scheduler:

Need 1 Individual - Full Time

Prefer but not required Understanding of Basic Roofing Techniques

Service Scheduling Position:

Reports to Production Manager

- Answering service line and emails.

- Calling builder representatives and/or homeowners and scheduling service appointments.

- Ability to interact with builder supervisors and company service representatives

- Ability to interact with home owners

- Setting up new service calls in company software program

- Recording outcome of service calls in job files and builder software.

- Assist with new job set up

Compensation: Weekly Starting Pay $18.00 to $20.00 per hour DOE

Monday - Friday 7:30 am -4:00 pm

Sick time accrues immediately. Available to use after 90 days employment.
