Job Description: Welcome visitors and answer incoming calls in a warm, pleasant, and professional manner.
Maintain a clean and neat reception area, handle specific office duties and seek administrative support as needed.
Job Responsibilities as a MUST:
Customer Service is a priority-Bilingual-Greeting, welcoming and directing visitors appropriately
Operating a multi-line phone system
Taking in person and over the phone payments.
Scanning, faxing and filing-Managing in/out mail
Maintaining a clean and welcoming reception area
Supporting the outdoor staff as needed with projects.
Ability to work well with team members as well as independently.
