Ventura Ranch Homesites Developer, needs a Sales Hostess to be present at the Ventura Ranch Sales Office. Do not need a Real Estate License, but having one is good, but not required. Need someone to be in the Sales Office part of Thursday and Friday and all day on Saturday and Sunday. Responsibilities includes meeting interested Buyers and giving them Sales Brochures and directions to available lots. You will also need to monitor other activities that may be underway at Ventura and provide status reports, etc. The Sales Office is located at the Entrance of Ventura Ranch.
