4+ years of roofing experience (shingle, tile, or flat)

Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation

Ability to lead crews, manage job quality, and keep projects on schedule

Strong communication and problem-solving skills. This is a working position meaning that we are small and need you to be on roof working side by side with crew
