Property Preservation / Maintenance Crew Needed (Graham County, AZ)

We are currently seeking a reliable and experienced Property Maintenance Crew to service properties throughout Graham County, AZ. This is 1099 subcontractor work with consistent job flow for the right team.

Duties include:

Lock changes / Lock box installations

Winterizations (seasonal)

Grass cuts and lawn maintenance

Debris/trash removal and hauling

General property maintenance tasks

Requirements:

Must have your own tools, truck/trailer, and equipment

Ability to take clear before, during, and after photos of work performed

Smartphone or tablet with internet access

Experience in property preservation or REO field service work preferred

Must follow work order instructions and meet deadlines
