Position Summary:
This dual-role position combines basic bookkeeping duties with general administrative support. The ideal candidate will be organized, trustworthy, and comfortable working in a construction office environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Bookkeeping:
Assist processing accounts payable and receivable
Assist reconciling bank and credit card statements
Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records
Administrative Support:
Answer phones and respond to emails
Maintain project files
Support permitting, licensing, and insurance documentation
Help coordinate schedules, meetings, and deliveries
Filing (Paperwork, Digital)
Other office duties as needed
Quickbooks Online experience required.
Must be detail oriented with solid problem solving skills.
